Electronic Artwork Submission Guidelines

We prefer all files to be in the following program formats (in order of preference):

  * Mac files are preferred, but we can accept PC files from this program. You must send all fonts and pictures used in the creation of the file, whether embedded or not. (In case we need to edit them for color separations or because of resolution issues, etc...)

** This program is generally used to create logos, scan and/or edit pictures or other elements that are to be inserted into a separate file. These files are usually “static” and may be difficult to edit. It is not recommended that you give us a “finished file” in this program unless the file is “to size” and the colors are “separatable”.

Fonts

Fonts present in the file should be Post Script Fonts if possible, though True Type fonts can be used. The “special font features” (Bolds, Italics, Outlines, etc...) in the original creating program may shift if True Type fonts are used. All fonts should be embedded if possible.

Separations

We require hard copy of the separations of each job to verify that the colors you wish to use are present in the file. Failure to do so may require us to “tinker” with your file to correct this issue and may require additional costs. Please specify the PMS Colors used on the hard copy.
